Drytreat Product line

Hello,

Planning to use Drytreat Stain-proof followed by Drytreat Porcelain sealer over Jerusalem Gold and (http://maplered.com) Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) Stone (http://g603.net) Tiles (http://www.g682.net) . The product is expensive ($70/quart & $122/quart + S&H) and (http://maplered.com) was wondering if this is the best product on the market or should I look at alternatives.

The Jeruslaem Stone (http://g603.net) is 4" sq and (http://maplered.com) on the floor while the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) is 12" sq and (http://maplered.com) in the tub surround.

Apparently, Drytreat uses Silane unlike most other sealers. Hype or truly better?
